1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333oj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 333oj.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through it.

By completing the account registration process or by continuing to use the 333oj platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by: (a) these Terms & Conditions; (b) our Privacy Policy; (c) our Responsible Gaming Policy; and (d) any specific bonus, promotion, or tournament rules published on the platform at the relevant time.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access it, the jurisdiction of the user, or the method of access. Use of the 333oj platform via a mobile browser, dedicated application, or any other interface constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 333oj platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Personal use: You must be playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on the 333oj platform or any other gaming platform with which 333oj cooperates for self-exclusion data sharing.
• Not a 333oj employee: Current employees, directors, officers, contractors, or agents of 333oj and their immediate family members are not permitted to maintain player accounts or participate in real-money games.

333oj reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks ("KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date information when requested constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on 333oj, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Credentials

Accounts may be restricted pending completion of verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

333oj may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (b) the account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) the account holder has provided false registration information; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or a regulatory directive. In cases of closure due to verified fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333oj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated on the cashier page.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice. 333oj does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed; (b) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method; (c) minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section; (d) 333oj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our risk management system.

4.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take two to five business days. 333oj is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile financial service operators.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your 333oj account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 333oj reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any outstanding amount, and report the incident to relevant fraud prevention authorities in the event of an unauthorised chargeback.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 333oj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 333oj:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus conditions where there is a conflict.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.
• 333oj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes recalculating or cancelling a bonus if 333oj determines it was claimed in error or as a result of a system or pricing error.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, betting markets, and features on the 333oj platform may vary based on your geographic location, account status, and technical factors. 333oj reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend games or markets at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Integrity

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333oj platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in, at minimum, immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in civil or criminal legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 333oj has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account on the 333oj platform, whether under the same name or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPN services, or any other method to claim bonuses beyond the stated per-player allowance. This includes coordinated bonus exploitation by multiple players acting in concert.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333oj platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 333oj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333oj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; (b) create derivative works based on platform content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or (d) use any 333oj trademark, logo, or brand asset for any purpose without prior written consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 333oj operates as an offshore platform. By using the 333oj platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing the service from Bangladesh and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances in Bangladesh.
